There were 1,600 other exhibitors and 40,000 gastronomic entries, but the Florentine company crushed the competition with its\u00a0edible gold\u00a0<\/strong>products. Giusto Manetti Battiloro\u2019s\u00a0<\/strong>pure gold for food decoration<\/strong>\u00a0won one of the four accolades<\/strong>\u00a0at the 10th edition of the\u00a0prestigious Sal\u00f3n Gourmets Award.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

THE SUCCESS OF EDIBLE GOLD<\/h2>\n

The goal of the award is to commend product quality, but also to identify\u00a0trends\u00a0<\/strong>that are driving the\u00a0evolution of the world of high-quality professional catering<\/strong>. Gold Chef\u00a0edible gold leaf<\/strong>\u00a0was\u00a0awarded for its uniqueness<\/strong>\u00a0and its\u00a0ability to enrich culinary traditions<\/strong>\u00a0with its extraordinary application\u00a0versatility<\/strong>(*).<\/p>\n

AN ENTIRE RANGE OF EDIBLE GOLD<\/h2>\n

In addition to the classic\u00a024K gold leaf<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0Gold Chef also amazed the show\u2019s more than 80,000 visitors with its\u00a023K gold leaf\u00a0<\/strong>crushed into\u00a0edible gold<\/strong>\u00a0powder<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0edible gold\u00a0<\/strong>crumbs<\/strong><\/a> and\u00a0edible\u00a0gold\u00a0flakes<\/strong><\/a>. The practical\u00a0pure edible gold spray<\/strong><\/a> is particularly popular in the chocolate arena.<\/p>\n

Sal\u00f3n Gourmets was also the setting for the\u00a0worldwide launch of the brand new Gold Chef\u00a0edible gold capsules<\/a><\/strong>, which are great for\u00a0pre-measured applications<\/strong>.
