INGREDIENTS

  • 20 g of strawberries
  • 30 g of cantaloupe
  • 8 g of blackberries
  • 8 g of raspberries
  • 8 g of blueberries
  • 26 g of grannysmith apples
  • Syrup:
  • 100 g of water
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 of vanilla pod
  • 100 g of oranje juice
  • 10 g of mint
  • 23 kt Edible Gold Chef crumbs

Preparation

Cut the fruit into cubes. In the meantime prepare the syrup: boil water, sugar and the vanilla pod, let it cool and add the orange juice and the mint; infuse overnight.

Add the syrup to the fruit, add sugar flowers and decorate with gold crumbs.
