INGREDIENTS
- 20 g of strawberries
- 30 g of cantaloupe
- 8 g of blackberries
- 8 g of raspberries
- 8 g of blueberries
- 26 g of grannysmith apples
- Syrup:
- 100 g of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 of vanilla pod
- 100 g of oranje juice
- 10 g of mint
- 23 kt Edible Gold Chef crumbs
Preparation
Photo and recipe have the only purpose of presenting the product(*).
Cut the fruit into cubes. In the meantime prepare the syrup: boil water, sugar and the vanilla pod, let it cool and add the orange juice and the mint; infuse overnight.
Add the syrup to the fruit, add sugar flowers and decorate with gold crumbs.
