INGREDIENTS

  • 745 g of milk
  • 137 g of sugar
  • 105 g of cocoa
  • 13 g of starch
  • 23 kt Edible Gold Chef powder
  • 23 kt Edible Gold Chef leaf

Preparation

Bring the milk to a boil, and add the previously sifted and mixed dry ingredients. Return to heat and cook until the mixture reaches a temperature of 82°C. Serve with a little whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa and finally garnish with a chocolate stick wrapped in gold leaf.
