  • Oil
  • Flavours to taste

  • Parmesan
  • White wine

Preparation

Preparation:

For the mousse: cook the cream and parmesan in a pan.
Cook the artichoke at a low temperature with olive oil, salt, pepper and other flavours to taste. Simmer with white wine. Decorate with Gold Chef gold crumbs.
