- Milk
- Potato Flakes
- Red Turnips
- Baking Soda
Preparation

Preparations:
Cook the spinach in boiling water. Once cooked, immerse it in ice. In a container, mix the egg, cream, milk, spinach and potato flakes (previously blanched). Bake in the oven for roughly 40/50 minutes.
For the sauce: boil the red turnips with baking soda. Once cooked, blend the turnips and sift.
Garnish with Gold Chef gold crumbs.
